At MemoryRevive, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI-powered photo restoration service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.

2. Token-Based Service

MemoryRevive operates on a token-based system where each photo processing operation consumes one token. Tokens are purchased in advance and can be used for any of our restoration services (photo restoration, colorization, or black & white conversion).

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Unused Tokens

If you have purchased tokens that remain unused, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for unused tokens will be processed minus any applicable transaction fees.

3.2 Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our AI processing results, you may request a refund for the tokens used on that specific image within 7 days of processing. We will review the processed image and may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.

3.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Tokens used for successful processing
  • Refunds requested after the applicable timeframes
  • Accounts with violations of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant image IDs or processing details

4.2 Review Process

4.3 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

5. Quality Guarantee

While AI processing can produce excellent results, we understand that expectations may vary. If the processed image does not meet reasonable quality standards due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a full refund for that processing operation.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent successful processing (such as system errors, upload failures, or processing timeouts), please contact support immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and may provide token credits or refunds as appropriate.

7. Refunds for One-Time Purchases

Refunds apply to one-time token purchases. If you purchased tokens and have unused tokens, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed minus any applicable transaction fees.
